When replacing a component on any of my vehicles I always like to upgrade it if possible.  Replace it with something lighter, stronger or more efficient.  Your vehicle radiator is no exception.   As an avid four-wheeler, when it came time to recore my own radiator I made one stronger AND more efficient.   You also have the peace of mind, as these are full copper & brass radiators, they are fully repairable and serviceable for many years, and far more resistant to the effects of corrosion than alloy units.  As an added benefit, you're helping to support Australian businesses, as our cores are made right here in Australia and assembled in a fair dinkum Aussie workshop.

n.b. - the 3 row is slighlty over dimensional, and may require some minor modding of the radiator bracing and other components to fit.  Should be not too difficult for your average backyarder to figure out, common sense and some basic DYI spirit and you should be fine.

n.b. - example at left cools our customers 6.5lt V8 Chev diesel no worries under all conditions (inc towing). It is a huge 65% increase in tube count over stock and a massive increase in cooling performance.

n.b.  even the 3 row with it's new heavy duty high efficiency design there are actually approx 8% more tubes over stock.  Our super heavy duty 4 row has approx 45% more tubes over the stock 4 row unit.                     

Unless specified, as these are re-core's we will first need your existing full copper/brass unit.  Additionally, as I have these cores made on a case-by-case basis (made to order) once a job is commissioned there's no turning back and no refund. Payment for the core cost including freight is expected up front with the balance on completion.  Allow a lead time of 1 - 2 weeks. 

All prices exclude any additional replacement parts or repairs needed to be made to existing components.
