RADIATORS WE INSTALL
Bendigo Radiator's complete assembly new radiators are warranted conditionally to the original purchaser to be free of fault in both workmanship and materials for a period of up to 7 years (from the date of installation) when:
1. Correctly installed by bendigo Radiators and in accordance with our recomendations,
2. Used under normal operating conditions for which the product was intended; and
3. Correctly serviced every 12 months / 25,000km (whichever is soonest) by Bendigo Radiators.
HEATERS WE INSTALL - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Bendigo Radiator's complete new heater assemblies are warranted conditionally to the original purchaser to be free of fault in both workmanship and materials for a period of up to 2 years / 50,000km (from the date of installation) when:
1. Correctly installed by bendigo Radiators and in accordance with our recomendations,
2. Used under normal operating conditions for which the product was intended; and
3. Correctly serviced every 12 months / 25,000km (whichever is soonest) by Bendigo Radiators.
RADIATORS WE SELL

All new radiators come with their respective manufacturers warranty. Typically this is a 2 year conditional warranty, unless otherwise specified.

FIXED PRICE FLUSH & PREMIUM SERVICE CONDITIONS

Price for standard passenger type cars only. Price for large 4WD, commercial and some performance and luxury vehicles may be extra

The use of genuine factory coolant is extra - please notify us if this is required.

Fixed price covers basic labour and consumables for the quoted job only. No unnecessary parts or labour will be added to your bill without your consent.

Particularly dirty systems may require a repeat clean and/or a stronger dose which will cost extra but also may be at the customers discretion.

Bendigo Radiators is not liable for any consequential leaks or other problems that may occur from performing a system clean or flush. Cooling systems should be serviced regularly and those that are not may suffer from other hidden problems that may arise from performing such late maintenance.

TRADE SALES
​
Bendigo Radiators is happy to offer trade pricing to any automotive business, subject to our terms and conditions. New trade purchasers are strictly payment on completion/supply. Cheque payment accepted however goods shall only be released on successful clearance of payment.
​
Trade sales terms for existing account holders are as presented on each invoice. Accounts in arrears will be supplied goods or services on a payment on completion/supply basis until they are brought up to date. Any legal costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts with be added to amount owed. In the unlikely event this occurs, an administration fee of $110 will also be added for our trouble.

Trade accounts that experience trouble in paying their account are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to make a private and confidential payment arrangement. Failure to do so may result in legal action, and cost more in the long run.

CUSTOMER DEPOSITS
​
Bendigo Radiators may on occasion, seek either a deposit or full payment up front from the customer for various reasons.
​

For parts ordered in specially for a job or customers requirements, that would not normally be held in stock.

For high cost goods. When the goods/parts ordered are expensive for Bendigo Radiators to purchase we may require a deposit from the customer in order to pay for the purchase of the goods/parts.
-
For customised goods. When goods are custom-designed and so cannot be resold if the customer were to change their mind or renege on their decision to purchase.
-
Held Goods. When the customer wants to reserve goods without yet taking delivery.

This is done to cover us for any financial loss should the customer change their mind or not show up and fails to re book the works. The money is used to cover costs associated with inbound freight, return freight to our supplier and any restocking or handling fee charged by them.

RADIATORS WE RECORE - STOCK/STANDARD REPLACEMENT
Bendigo Radiators Re-cored units are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of fault in both workmanship and materials for a period up to 3 years from the date of sale, when:

Correctly fitted by Bendigo Radiators, Authorised agent or other suitably qualified person and conforms to all standard professional installation guidlines;

Used under normal operating conditions for which the product was intended or other operating conditions made known to Bendigo Radiators at time of booking; and
-
Correctly serviced every 12 months or 25,000km (whichever is soonest) by Bendigo Radiators, Authorised agent or other suitably qualified person and in accordance with any and all standard professional cooling system service guidlines (including vehicle manufacturer's).
RADIATORS WE RECORE - CUSTOM & HEAVY DUTY/HIGH EFFICIENCY REPLACEMENT
Bendigo Radiators Re-cored custom heavy duty high efficiency units are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of fault in both workmanship and materials for a period up to 5 years from the date of sale, when:

Correctly fitted by Bendigo Radiators, Authorised agent or other suitably qualified person and conforms to all standard professional installation guidlines;

Used under normal operating conditions for which the product was intended or other operating conditions made known to Bendigo Radiators; and
-
Correctly serviced every 12 months or 25,000km (whichever is soonest) by Bendigo Radiators, Authorised agent or other suitably qualified person and in accordance with any and all standard professional cooling system service guidlines (including vehicle manufacturer's).

PRICE MATCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS (for parts & service)

We may match the price if Bendigo Radiators are able to verify the competitor’s price and that the competitor’s offer is current, not expired and in stock.

Bendigo Radiators reserve the right not to sell at or below our cost price.
-
To be eligible for a price match the item in question must be identical as to brand, size, model, quality etc. Customer should provide a competitors written quote complete with manufacturer or supplier parts numbers for verification. A competitors own part numbers substituting for manufacturers or suppliers part numbers will not be sufficient.

Price match policy applies to stocked product lines or products in stock with our suppliers.
-
We exclude items sold in stock liquidations, clearances, auctions, commercial quantities, contract pricing, project quotation, shop soiled, damaged, seconds or trade prices as well as items sold as on sale or specials.
-
The policy applies to competitor’s final price including GST, taxes, fees, delivery and other charges.
-
The competitor in question must be in our geographical market, not overseas, interstate or online.
-
We may however at our discretion match online prices. However we will exclude but not be limited too, auction scenarios and items not in original packaging, and include online delivery costs in our comparison. Refer to item 3.

We reserve the right to exclude from our price match policy, product that is part of a financing deal, cash back or bonus type offer.

Our price match policy applies only at the time of the sale. Retrospective adjustments for price matching will not be entered into at a later date.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
Responsibility for any loss, injury or damage attributable to any fault in workmanship or material in the heater, core or assembly shall be limited to replacement or fixing such defects at Bendigo Radiators discretion provided the defective heater, core or assembly is returned to Bendigo Radiators at the purchasers expense. Any warranty stated on invoice supersedes and/or supplements these conditions. All warranties are not retroactive or transferable. Invoice or invoice number/date must be presented for validation of warranty claims. Installation and service proof history may also be required for validation of warranty claims.

The Warranty may be void in the following circumstances / does not cover:

If the product is not serviced and validated at 12 month / 25,000km intervals

Internal corrosion or contamination of the radiator
-
External corrosion or contamination caused by environmental or other conditions
-
If any attempt is made to repair a radiator core/assembly without prior written authority from Bendigo Radiators
-
If the core/assembly is used for any application for which it was not originally intended
-
If a pressure cap other than that originally specified by the vehicle manufacturer is used
-
If the cooling system is not maintained (as specified by the vehicle manufacturer or Bendigo Radiators)
-
If any defect is attributable to accident, abuse or negligence
-
If any cooling system work, or other mechanical/automotive work carried out that directly or indirectly affects the cooling system, by an unauthorised agent or person.

Does not cover labour costs relating to removal and replacement of the radiator / part from the vehicle
-
Does not cover any parts and incidentals used in the installation or removel of the radiator / part
-
Damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the radiator
-
Does not cover Automatic transmission and engine oil coolers built into the radiator (re-cores only), unless a new cooler is fitted.

12 month warranty only on radiators fitted to Taxis, Courier vehicles, Industrial or Agricultural applications or any vehicle used for Commercial or Business use, unless otherwise stipulated on invoice.

12 month manufacturers warranty on all heater assemblies, unless otherwise stipulated on invoice.

Warranties apply only to product we sell and have supplied.

Where the product is purchased via online auction or by way of clearance sale then that items unique warranty terms and conditions will overrule and suppliment any other warranty.

Bendigo Radiators is not liable for any consequential leaks or other problems that may occur from performing a system clean or flush. Cooling systems should be serviced regularly and those that are not may suffer from other hidden problems that may arise from performing such late maintenance.

Bendigo Radiators is not responsible or liable for any pre existing problems present in vehicles or problems that arise from any wear and tear.
AFTER HOURS ASSISTANCE - CALLOUTS - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

AFTER HOURS TWILIGHT SERVICE
​
We are currently trialling an afterhours twilight service for customers convenience. This is where our customer can drop their vehicle or radiator job off in the evening and collect it again in the morning. This service requires advance booking and payment for all parts up front with the balance due on pickup.

Twilight surcharge of 35% applied to final invoice balance.
​
AUTO ELECTRICAL DISCLAIMER
​
An amendment to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 states that consumers must be given notice prior to any repair that user generated data may be lost as a result of a repair being conducted. Examples of user generated data may include(this list is not exhaustive):

files stored in on-board computers

GPS/Mapping settings

contacts and telephone numbers and bluetooth connectivity

drivers pre recorded settings for seats; mirrors; steering wheel etc

In accordance with the regulation we are notifying you that during the process of the repair some or all of your data may be lost.

OIL CHANGE / VEHICLE SERVICE
​
Vehicle oil change service includes the following:

Engine oil of vehicle manufacturers specified grade.

Installation of new oil filter

Lubrication inspection and re-grease (where applicable)
-
Check vehicle lights and wipers are working correctly - top up window washer fluid.

Check other fluid levels (brake/clutch/power steering)
-
Pressure test and visually inspect the cooling system.

Any defects or items requiring attention you will be contacted first to authorize their repair or noted down for your consideration for future repair or attention.

Bendigo Radiators is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Bendigo Radiators is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.
Collection of your personal information
We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions, customer freight shipping or debt collection agencies. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Bendigo Radiators takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organizations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, our web host/google may collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

Bendigo Radiators reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
Accessing Your Personal Information
Bendigo Radiators does not keep a record of any credit card or bank account information for any customers.
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law and our web hoster's policy and ability. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You will be required to put your request in writing, stating what information your after and provide relevant identification for security reasons (in store photo id may be required). Bendigo Radiators reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

Video, audio and voice communications
Upon entering our premises (including external areas and office/workshop spaces) you will be subject to video and audio recording for security, insurance, quality control, loss prevention and training purposes. This includes the recording of voice communications over telephone (which by law is allowed in the State of Victoria). Most recordings are deleted or overwritten within 30 days though some may be kept longer. Voice recordings where job details and costs are discussed may constitute a verbal contract and may be used as evidence in cases of dispute or for reference for checking/confirming details.
Digital Currency Payment Method - Agreement - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your use of our digital currency services, including if you provide us with any inadequate, incorrect or false personal information, including but not limited to, incorrect wallet ID’s, email addresses, bank account details, and personal information.

Paying with Bitcoin

Invoiced via Coinjar. Our acceptance of Bitcoin is via an emailed invoice through Coinjar.com.au We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the availability of Coinjars services.
To complete your payment, you must provide a valid email address where we will send the invoice, where you will see the total cost of your purchase in AUD and the Bitcoin value, based on an exchange rate set by Coinjar. The Bitcoin price for your booking will remain valid for 60 minutes. If we do not receive payment in full during this time, or evidence of remittance the Bitcoin exchange rate may be updated and the AUD/Bitcoin price for your purchase may change. At our discretion you may be required to pay the difference.
Bitcoin network transaction fees. As with nearly all Bitcoin transactions, a very small transaction fee may be added by the Bitcoin network to the total cost in Bitcoin of your purchase. This fee covers the cost of verifying Bitcoin transactions. Bendigo Radiators has no control over this fee and does not receive any portion of the fee.
Bitcoin transactions are final. Once you initiate a Bitcoin transaction, you cannot cancel it (provided however that you may seek a refund per our digital currency refund policy as outlined herein). This is inherent in the nature of the Bitcoin network, not a policy set by Bendigo Radiators.
Under payments and over payments. If you attempt to initiate a payment of Bitcoins different from the exact cost of the booking indicated by Coinjar, your purchase will not be complete. You will be required to re-submit payment for the correct amount in order to complete the booking. After a failed or incorrect payment, the Bitcoin exchange rate may update or you may be required to restart the purchase process.
Transactions complete once confirmed. Once a Bitcoin transaction is submitted to the Bitcoin network, it will be unconfirmed for a period of time (usually about an hour, but sometimes longer) pending full verification of the transaction by the Bitcoin network. A transaction is not considered complete until it is fully verified and funds received. No goods will be released or goods collected until such time as the transaction is correctly verified.
Paying with Nano

Digital Currency Refunds

Whether your purchase qualifies for a refund is governed by our Website Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether you pay AUD or digital currency. In order to claim a refund on a purchase paid for with a digital currency, you will have to follow certain procedures in order to claim your refund, as explained below.
Refunds are only issued for the AUD value of your purchase. Your refund will be to the same AUD value of your original purchase irrespective of whether your chosen digital currency payment method has risen or fallen in value over that time. You acknowledge and accept that if the value of Bitcoin (or any digital currency form of payment) against AUD has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin (or whichever digital currency you used for payment) than you paid at the time of purchase Your refund will either be issued in AUD or in the digital currency you payed with (which may be more or less than your original amount payed but same AUD value), but in both cases less any applicable fees, including any cancellation fees, freight, restocking and handling fees, or any other fee or charge that may be applicable.
A valid email address and relevant digital currency address/wallet will be required for all digital currency refunds. Providing a valid email address that you are able to access is important, as it is a condition for receiving your refund. You acknowledge that, if you are unable to access the email address associated with your purchase you may not be able to receive a refund for your purchase.
Refunds may also be available in store via mobile wallet app transfer however notice will be required for us facilitate this and an appointment will be required. This is due to us not keeping a digital currency ‘float’ maintained as customer purchases will be converted to fiat at our earliest convenience.
Payment with alternate digital currencies will assume similar transaction conditions.
Reasonableness
By using our services, you agree that the indemnities contained herein are fair and reasonable. If you do not think that the indemnities above are fair and reasonable, you must not use our services or products provided by us..
Variation

Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website and our services from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Severability
